Czech Republic to Decriminalize Personal Marijuana Possession

Like Mexico, The Czech's have made a smart decision to Decriminalize personal Marijuana use. Now I only know/knew about five %100 Czech from Czech Republic and none of them smoke only drink, but none of them had anything against pot.  So this doesn't surprise me to much. I'm sure in the next 5 to 10 years a bunch of Countries will do the same.

According to the Wall Street Journal:

“The plant still remains illegal, however, though from the new year possession of five or less plants is merely a misdemeanor, and fines for possession will be on par with penalties for parking violations.”

Smoking With Your Buddies. So like Indica Vs. Sativa I will give a argument for each thing I pick (not any close to as big as Indica Vs. Sativa) and let you the viewers vote on it. Weed Vs. Weed Vs. Weed Part 1

I asked and @TheElevatedOne answered with a great Weed Vs. Weed match up, Amsterdam Vs. Oaksterdam. While it may seem like Amsterdam would blow Oaksterdam out of the water, you might think about it a little different after this.

Amsterdam: Amsterdam, every potheads dream vacation. With High Time's Cannabis Cup, Coffee Shops, and just vacationing in Europe makes it such an amazing trip. This is the ideal place for a weed lover, with Coffee Shops where you can purchase weed legally with no license. While many U.S places you cannot not smoke indoors, in Amsterdam you can light your joint right up after you buy it in the Coffee Shop. Everyone seems to think marijuana is %100 legal in Amsterdam, so think again. It is not legal to grow their or posses more than 30 grams at one time. You must be 18 or older and in a private area [home, coffee shop, ect.] Coffee Shops cannot advertise about their Cannabis, Oaksterdam can.

Oaksterdam: Around 7,000 miles away is the great state of Oaksterdam, California aka Oakland has been rumored to becoming the New Amsterdam. Well not entirely, Oaksterdam seems be moving in Amsterdam's footsteps though. They still have a long way to go. While Marijuana is the decriminalized and the lowest priority for the Oakland police, it is still illegal with the Federal Gov't. Amsterdam's Coffee Shops are not getting shut down by their Gov't, like the Federal Gov't constantly shuttung down Medical Marijuana Shops. Unlike Amsterdam, only in Cali and Oaksterdam can advertise their weed, with glow signs of weed leafs and other weed things. From what I have seen from videos, Oaksterdam and Cali seem to have many more to get high instead of just smoking it. From cookies, cakes, and suckers you can get high in so many different ways. All of it sounds good, but you cannot do any of this without the Golden Ticket of the Marijuana license. Though living in that area, I am sure you reap a lot of benefits of the area.
Regardless how much I love California, I just can't choose Oaskterdam on this one. It is still illegal there and the cops I'm sure will still make something out of nothing. Amsterdam is the ideal pothead vacation and will be until Cannabis becaomes legal in the states.

[Re Up]Well I finally got my forst post on Hail Mary Jane and I was surprised it was this one. But it is well worth it and very cool to see this on such a big blog. Check out my post HERE.

Indica and Sativa are the two main varieties of the cannabis plant used as medicine or for fun. There are many strains that are crosses of those two varieties. Within each of those varieties and crosses there are a huge number of individual strains, each with a different cannabinoid profile and effect. Whether your looking to get lazy or be up and ready, you will find out what kind of cannabis to smoke at the right times. The Indica strains are a relaxant, effective for anxiety, pain, nausea, appetite stimulation, sleep, muscle spasms and tremors, among other symptoms. The Sativa strains are more of a stimulant, effective in appetite stimulation, relieving depression, migraines, pain and nausea. With that I will get in to it more...

Lets start with my favorite Sativa which produce many popular strains like my personal favorite Northern Lights, Jack Herer, Skunk #1, and Silver Haze. If you are looking for a high that has you awake and energetic, than Sativa is the strain for you. Sativa has a higher THC[Tetrahydrocannabinol] than CBD[Cannabidiol] equals cerebral, soaring type of high, more energetic. Yield is usually lower than Indica, but is very potent. Sativa also gives effective appetite stimulation aka the munchies much more than Indica. For medical use it helps with nausea, migranes, and for some depression. Sativa are tall, thin plants, with much narrower leaves and grow a lighter green in color. They grow very quickly and can reach heights of 20 feet in a single season. They originally come from Colombia, Mexico, Thailand and Southeast Asia. Once flowering has begun, they can take anywhere from 10 to 16 weeks to fully mature. Flavors range from earthy to sweet and fruity.

Now to the chilled out "Lets just chill and watch a movie Brah". Inidca a strain for the smokers that love to just chill out, sit back and pop a movie in with a shit load of munchies. Some popular strains are AK-47, Afgani, and Blueberry. Indica strains are a relaxant, effective for anxiety, pain, nausea, appetite stimulation, sleep, muscle spasms and tremors, among other symptoms. Indicas originally come from the hash producing countries of the world like Afghanistan, Morocco, and Tibet. They are short dense plants, with broad leaves and often grow a darker green. After flowering starts they will be mature in 6 to 8 weeks. The buds will be thick and dense, with flavors and aromas ranging from pungent skunk to sweet and fruity. The smoke from an Indica is generally a body type stone, relaxing and laid back. Indica's higher CBD than THC equals a much heavier, sleepy type of high. Indica plants have a heavy, stony high that is relaxing and can help different medical problems. I would have to think that many cancer and patients with chronic pain would smoke Indica. So since at least 2007 Mary-Jane has been available everywhere in the United Sates. But who would of thought where the biggest stoners are in the U.S. No it's not Cali or Arizona, it is itty bitty Rhode Island. With 16.12% of the population that smoke at least once a month.

We can use Hemp for so much more than smoking it as you all know[well most of you].
If the Government was thinking about renewable resources or gas prices, they
would have already started growing hemp industrialy. But since its gives you a buzz and isn't
