This Was Suppost To be A Sports Blog , But Then I Got High.
HMJ is the best blog for a weed smoker. Not only does it have all the news about Marijuana , but all the things potheads love about weed. So many lists about weed from all different type of angles. Contains all the best Marijuana picture from around the web. Just like a pothead Huruoc evens get to high to update it. By far my favorite weed blog around and the best on my list. Watch of for HMJ in 210.

2. DGB

The Realest Blog Ever
With two of the most real bloggers I have ever talked to Haze & Moe, plus their latest addition dre, DGB for the second year proves to be the best Rap/Trap Music blog. Although MuzikFene seems to have more exclusives, he is always going on hiatus for awhile at times. Moe and Haze are real dudes dropping some of the hottest music on the web. How they were not on XXL Top 100 Blogs of 2009 is beyond AHuyes and me, but regardless we know the are real dudes not some punk kid like most of these random ass blogs.

3. Sermons Domain

Reviews & The Best Underground Hip-Hop
Not many blogs on the net do what Sermon does and that is a real review of a Album, Mixtape, or Movie/Video. Not only does he do a review, but it drops the day or one day after it drops. He also has a lot of the underground hip-hop scene that most other blogs don't showcase. Big reason why Sermon is so high up is for all the underground muisc.

4. 2dopeboys

NMC
Like Sermon, 2dbs have a lot of the underground ish that I really like. They also have most of your exclusives you see on the other 324723 hip-hop blogs. The story behind 2dbs is truly amazing and you should know about it. He works really hard to bring you some of the nets best hip-hop.

5. HIF

I swear they have more haters than Lil Wayne
Now I know there are a lot of haters out there and HIF seems to have them all. There is no other blog that has more haters that visit everyday to download all their music they post. Every comment for Singles there are more than half of the comments of people talking shit complaining about the ratings or not posting this or that. While the best part of HIF are really only 2 things. They have all the tracks from that day from around the web and MidNites Throw Backs. I don't know what is with all these Link Bucks coming back. I remember back in the summer of 08 when Swagger Like Us dropped and it wasn't linked up with Link Bucks. Shouts to Mid & Emi for holding shit down.

6. Real DJs Do Real Things

It's Not hating If It's True
Aww Tech Support... one of the only dudes on the net that is so real about Hip-hip msuic and blogging [besides DJ VLAD]. Tech is the shit plain and simple, he knows what the fuck he talking about when he speaks. You can't win in a fight/beef with this mother fucker. I saw him talking shit at HIF and found out about him back in 08 and have been a fan of his work since then. One of the few DJ's that showcase his skills weekly and Live. I know Tech is probally mad that he is in the same Top 10 as Sermon and HIF but I'm straight up and this how I feel and I know Tech can respect me for that.

7. The Smoking Section

I don't know anyother Hip-Hop blog that seems to work harder than TSS. They have all different type of hip-hop posts. Not just music, mixtapes, and videos. They have write ups, real hip-hop artists tapes/tracks, and a lot of of good hip-hop news. Gotti sure does do work for TSS. The best is all their differrent type of write-ups on mixtapes, albums, or artists.

8. MIXFEED

Your daily fix of all Mixtapes.
If you love Mixtapes like I do, you will love MIXFEED. They have all info on Mixtapes. No one else has the updates they do. They know about all the new and release a lot of the tapes to download and purchase. They keep you updated from the time the tape is talked about to moment it is released for download.

9. Theo Spark
Last Of The Few
Now this is the only blog that has nothing to do with ho-hop at all. I don't know where I found this blog at. This is one of the funniest blogs I have ever been to. So many great jokes, news, and videos of Government, Military and around the world. Best place for great pictures and stories or quotes. One of the most creative blogs I visit daily.

Czech Republic to Decriminalize Personal Marijuana Possession

Like Mexico, The Czech's have made a smart decision to Decriminalize personal Marijuana use. Now I only know/knew about five %100 Czech from Czech Republic and none of them smoke only drink, but none of them had anything against pot. So this doesn't surprise me to much. I'm sure in the next 5 to 10 years a bunch of Countries will do the same.

According to the Wall Street Journal:

“The plant still remains illegal, however, though from the new year possession of five or less plants is merely a misdemeanor, and fines for possession will be on par with penalties for parking violations.”

Now I was randomly sent this in my email today from Tack, and no offense wasn't to sure about this. But like all the stuff I get sent I always check it out and I was blown away before the Intro was even over. From the first to the 8 track it is not stop creative rhymes and flowing from Tacks. Kinda drops off at the end until he starts remixing over Eminem beats. No one remixes over Ems beats ever and Tack did it perfectly. The crossed out tracks are the ones I wasn't feeling, so what does that tell ya. It is a awesome mixtape, 4/5. Put a couple sick lines from the tape.

I know everyone remembers Alanis Morissette, the singer/songwriter that was very popular in the 1990's for songs like Ironic, Thank You, and King Of Pain. Maorissette and boyfriend Tom Ballanco [above], a medical marijuana advocate ,who she credits with showing her the benefits of marijuana. Morissette admits the plant is useful in unlocking her creative potential. She also talks about supporting her friends that have quit smoking and friends she has coerced into smoking because she thought it would be great for them. Alright I know what you are thinking, 'This is not a pot plant.' Correct it's the plant that those dumb dealers would try to sell other dumb kids aka Oregano. In my experience with seeing people getting sold oregano, it usually just ends up with them not buying weed from that dealer anymore. Not in this case in Northhampton County, Virginia where:

"A Lehigh Township teenager who claimed he was beaten after trying to sell his PlayStation was actually assaulted when he tried to trade the console for marijuana.

Assistant District Attorney Richard Peppper said today Richard Davis agreed March 9 to trade his PlayStation with William Shelhamer II, of Bethlehem, for marijuana.
The marijuana was actually oregano and the deal went bad, Pepper said.

Just a quick thought on this whole thing with Rick Ross saying he has won this beef with 50 Cent because of 50 Cent - Before I Self Destruct only selling 156,000 copies and Rick Ross - Deeper Than Rap selling 158,000 copies. Ross outsold 50 by 2,000 copies. That is nothing Ross, you both sold the same amount of records, so technically you guys tied. But if you look at it more you can see that 50 made Ross look really bad with his Ex, Pimpin Curly videos, and exsposing him further with him being a C.O. 50 and Ross both talented rappers, but 50 has one thing on his side Ross does not have, Credibility.

Weed Vs. Weed Part 1

I asked and @TheElevatedOne answered with a great Weed Vs. Weed match up, Amsterdam Vs. Oaksterdam. While it may seem like Amsterdam would blow Oaksterdam out of the water, you might think about it a little different after this.

Amsterdam: Amsterdam, every potheads dream vacation. With High Time's Cannabis Cup, Coffee Shops, and just vacationing in Europe makes it such an amazing trip. This is the ideal place for a weed lover, with Coffee Shops where you can purchase weed legally with no license. While many U.S places you cannot not smoke indoors, in Amsterdam you can light your joint right up after you buy it in the Coffee Shop. Everyone seems to think marijuana is %100 legal in Amsterdam, so think again. It is not legal to grow their or posses more than 30 grams at one time. You must be 18 or older and in a private area [home, coffee shop, ect.] Coffee Shops cannot advertise about their Cannabis, Oaksterdam can.

Oaksterdam: Around 7,000 miles away is the great state of Oaksterdam, California aka Oakland has been rumored to becoming the New Amsterdam. Well not entirely, Oaksterdam seems be moving in Amsterdam's footsteps though. They still have a long way to go. While Marijuana is the decriminalized and the lowest priority for the Oakland police, it is still illegal with the Federal Gov't. Amsterdam's Coffee Shops are not getting shut down by their Gov't, like the Federal Gov't constantly shuttung down Medical Marijuana Shops. Unlike Amsterdam, only in Cali and Oaksterdam can advertise their weed, with glow signs of weed leafs and other weed things. From what I have seen from videos, Oaksterdam and Cali seem to have many more to get high instead of just smoking it. From cookies, cakes, and suckers you can get high in so many different ways. All of it sounds good, but you cannot do any of this without the Golden Ticket of the Marijuana license. Though living in that area, I am sure you reap a lot of benefits of the area.
Regardless how much I love California, I just can't choose Oaskterdam on this one. It is still illegal there and the cops I'm sure will still make something out of nothing. Amsterdam is the ideal pothead vacation and will be until Cannabis becaomes legal in the states.

This post is unfinished, all it is missing the picture of what we bought on this bong hunt in Chicago.

On a beautiful Chicago Sunday morning for November a couple buddies and Me head to Downtown, Chicago to check out all of the Smoke Shops that the inner city has to offer. Not really expecting much of a difference from the usual Detroit area smoke shops that I am used to, which I was completely wrong with that. Chi-Town smoke shops make Detroit smoke shops look bad I mean very bad. All 5 or 6, I can't remember how many we went to, had something worth buying. Almost all of them were located on N Clark St (between Aldine Ave & Belmont Ave). The area has tones of T-Shirt, Smoke Shops, and Comic Book stores. Even the T-Shirt stores had a small area for bong and pipes. All of them had very customized bowls and bongs. There were very few things that each shop had that another one would have. The usual Zongs, Vortexes, and plastic bongs that every smoke shop has. Other than that each bowl, bong, chilum, or steamroller was custom, even the small smoke shops. From one of the biggest smoke shops in downtown called Secrets to the small one called Amgos and Us, that the owner even asked one of us to go smoke one out back. Now if that isn't a true stoner, than I don't know what is. Asking a complete stranger to go out and smoke one, only a true stoner would do that. That is why Amigos and Us was my favorite on. It had a very laid back environment with the best prices out of all the shops. It also had a rotating bowl display and a lot hats, T-Shirts, and Bob Marley stuff. A stoners dream type of smoke shop. We went to over 5 different smoke shops, even a small magazine shop had a wide variety of custom bongs that the other shops did not have. Everyone was so different but so much alike because of how much of a variety they each had. There is even a For Rent sign in the above picture from Smoke Shop Novelities & Stuff, I don't know about living above a Smoke Shop though. Now I only took pictures at three different places Secrets, Smoke Shop Novelities & Stuff, and The Alley Cloths.

This is the biggest grinder I have ever seen in my life. It had to be over a foot in
diameter.

These Zongs were over 3 feet and were $600 and are straight ridiculous. I would never waste my cash on that, but it is pretty damn cool though.

The next to pieces are from Secrets Smoke Shop where they will beat any ones prices and is %20 off everything over $20 for 2009. Secrets had the most customizedpieces of them all.

The last picture I snapped was at a T-shirt store called The Alley where I was not expecting to see a small area of assorted bongs and pipes. No other shop had this bong of the middle finger, so I had to take a snap.

Now we couldn't go to all of these Smoke Shops without spoiling ourselves by buying 2 bongs, 1 bowl, and 2 chilums. I picked a very small, platic red bong for only $7.98 at a cigar shop, I couldn't pass up that price, I wasn't even planning on buying anything. This is only my third piece and first on I have bought ever since I started smoking green 3 years ago. My buddy picked up a very nice bowl that looks just like a huge spider. It's kinda like a bong with out to. He also copped a: 2 foot, clear, glass, bong outlined in lime green. I recommend all of these Chicago Smoke Shops. It was nice to see another city again that had cheap prices compared to Detroit's.

Well hear it is...Smoking Made Music for the Modern Day Hippie. Wiz Khailifa - Burn After Rolling [B.A.R] dropped on Monday November 2 and I have to say it is a as good as No Ceilings if not all around better. Wiz Khalifa, DJ iLL WiLL, & DJ Rockstar bring us one of the best mixtapes of 2009 and the best weed mixtape of 2009 until The Hail Mary Jane Mixtape drops sometime soon [artists the final day to submit tracks is Nov. 6th.].Back to Khailifa, as I am listening to it as I am writting this post, all I have to say is this tape is amazing. The way Wiz takes you lyrically into weed, drugs, & a party life is so well done. He shows you another side to a Hip-hop lifestyle. Getting high and having a good time while doing it. There's no gun play [maybe some drug play LOL] or robbing with Wiz, but you get what I'm saying. Just straight up Smoking Made Music and as a smoker that is why I love this music, music for weed smokers. Now only about 4 or 5 tracks leaked from this tape, so almost all tracks are brand new. I strongly recommend One Way, Weekend, The Thrill as three of the best tracks on the tape, but Mafia Music & If I Were Lame have some amazing and interesting lyrics. All in all this tape is 5/5 and is a perfect match of weed and great hip-hop. Hip-hop should follow in Khalifa's style of music and lyrics.

It has been over 2 years since an official Lil Wayne mixtape has dropped and Weezy did not disappoint us with No Ceilings. "DJ Folk made an announcement via his Twitter account that Lil Wayne's No Ceilings mixtape will now be a Gangsta Grillz mixtape with DJ Drama. The release date is still set for Halloween."

If the whole No Ceilings mixtape is anything like the two tracks that leaked this past week aka Weezy Week. Then this tape is gonna be one of his best tapes. I'm hoping it is a lot like Da Drought 3, just a lot of tracks with him just spitting [no chorus] just straight flow. Will find out October 31.
